The results show that the best size control effect of steel wire frame is achieved by using the setting tool for positioning, setting time 1h and negative tolerance of 10mm on the supporting surface under the setting tool.The steel wire skeleton is embedded in the rear cushion EPP structure, that is, the cushion steel wire skeleton is placed in the cavity of the EPP mold, and the EPP- forming process. During the forming process of the EPP body, the shrinkage rate of the EPP can be adjusted according to the size of the product, so as to obtain the product whose size is controlled within the tolerance range, and realize the normal loading.
